Hi, I’m Alison, an experienced Doula who will bring empathy and my nurturing holistic care to to guide you into parenthood. I am continuously building on my knowledge and trainings, in such things as Optimal Maternal Positioning/Spinning Babies, Why Induction Matters, Infant Massage, Medicinal Kitchen apprenticeship,Botanical Medicine for motherhood, Sacred Postpartum, Belly binding  and Pregnancy Postpartum Massage.
