How to use the Denneroll

Prepare the Surface: Lay on a firm, flat surface such as a floor or carpeted area. Do not use a bed, as it allows the body to sink and reduces the traction effect.

Position the Device: Place the Cervical Denneroll behind your neck. The marked "shoulder" side should be pointing down toward your shoulders, with your head falling back over the top.

Ensure Correct Alignment: Your head should rest near the floor but not touch it. If your head touches the floor, place a towel under the Denneroll to raise it. In some cases, your chiro will ask you to rest your head on the floor.

Set the Position: As instructed by your practitioner, align the peak of the Denneroll:
