What to do? My Back hurts?

At Balanced for life this past December and January, we have been seeing a fair amount of acute back pain. Most commonly the low back, but many necks and mid backs. We often find that most people are not quite sure what to do. Do I bed rest? or do I keep moving? Do I apply Ice? or heat?
